We have a few different offerings depending on where you are in your curl journey.
Roots Experience: (Educational) 2 hours
A hands-on, one on one educational service to teach you how to work with your natural hair. It’s one thing to watch someone else style their curl and tell you what works for them but this service is completely tailored to YOU and YOUR hair’s specific needs. Curly, Coily, Wavy, and everything in between, we will walk through the routine and what questions you may have. We will cover product usage, problem areas, and diffusing, and load you up with customizable tips you’ll take home.
Roots Experience and Haircut: 3 hours
All of the educational experience with our signature curly haircut. If you’re overwhelmed with all the “curly girl method” rules and watching endless videos but still have no idea what works for you, you have come to the right place. We will collaborate in finding a hairstyle that works with your curl and compliments your style while covering all the questions and tips of the educational experience. Hair shouldn’t be a stressful part of your life – we will add the fun back into it!
Curly Haircut For Existing Clients: 2 hours
Our signature customized dry haircut followed by a cleansing, relaxing shampoo, a treatment catered to whatever your curls are needing, and finished with a diffused style.
Express Cut for Existing Clients: 1 hour
This service is for clients that have seen us within a year and needing a maintenance trim or shape up! If doing a more dramatic change, please book a Curly Haircut.

With curly hair, consider us specialists. Just like you’d want to see a blonding specialists if you are blonde or a fashion color specialists if you love vibrant rainbow hues! A curl specialist understands it’s common for people to have 3-5 different textures on their head. Rather than cutting the hair wet or brushing it out before cutting, we believe the best shapes happen when curls are cut in their natural state. When you come in for your curly appointment, we love to see your hair as you normally wear it.

The day before your appointment, wash your hair and put in your regular regimen of products and diffuse or air dry like you normally do.

Leave it out - don’t arrive with a bun, ponytail or clip - we want to see the natural movement and bounce of your hair so we know what we are working with.

We start off with a dry haircut - then wash and style.
