Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours notice to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments. Cancellations that occur with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the value of the appointment. Subsequent cancellations without the required notice will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% of the value of the appointment.
Hourly Pricing
Hairstylists use a number of techniques to get your desired style so we believe it makes sense to charge for our expertise rather than the service.
Hourly pricing allows the hairstylist to have complete freedom to give you your ideal style in the time frame allotted. This means complete transparency. No add-ons or confusion in what to book.
Kids Policy
We strive to make the Roots experience a stress-free and an enjoyable experience for everyone. We do not offer services for children younger than 14 years of age. We also ask that you plan ahead for childcare so you arrive at your appointment relaxed, and child-free.
