Our little shop is kind of like a speak-easy. Our silver door is tucked in at the end of our building, next to an alley. no big signs (for now) so you do have to know what you’re looking for. Our door is located next to LNK Nutrition under a silver awning. Our name is written right on the door. 325 s 11th st.
We are located on a second level and unfortunately do not have wheelchair access.
There is normally plenty of meter parking on 11th street. (unless it’s Game Day!) Currently, these meters don’t accept cards, they are coin operated or download the park and go app for mobile payments. There is also the option of parking in the garage right across from us – 1st hour is free! and they do accept cards.
We prefer Venmo, Paypal, cash, or check. We can accept card but do prefer to avoid credit card fees!
Because we are a small salon and space is limited, we really do prefer you take this time for yourself. If you still insist on bringing a moral support adult but please limit it to one person.
Quietness is good for our busy minds to finally catch a break. If you’re looking forward to being taken care of and not having to “do” anything, we completely get it and want to offer you that time. If you prefer a silent service, please make a note in your appointment request when using our online booking. We are more than happy to let you rest during your “me” time.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment you will be charged for your missed appt. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and you will be charged for your missed appointment.. We want to respect the time we have reserved for you!
